We are actively seeking the following:

  • Tenant Board member
  • Independent Board member

Overview:

Due to retirement and Board member rotation, we have an exciting opportunity to join our Board as either a Tenant Board member or an Independent Board member.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Attend our quarterly Board meetings held in Wolverhampton, and in addition, attend Committee meetings and events as required.
  • Build and maintain effective and constructive working relationships with other members of the Board, our shareholder, the Chief Executive, Senior Management team and our staff.
  • Uphold the mission, vision, and values of the company.
  • Contribute to the development of, and be a decision maker in, the implementation of strategies and policies.
  • Act as an ambassador and representative of the company, upholding the reputation of WH and its mission, vision, and values.

  • Are you able to promote the company vision ensuring cost effective and efficient service delivery whilst ensuring our services comply with best practice, the law and regulatory frameworks?
