Customer Service Advisor
Juice Recruitment is delighted to be working with a leading retail organisation based in Avonmouth, with the appointment of a Customer Service Advisor to join their team.
The organisation are market leaders in their field, manufacturing and selling bespoke recreational products both B2B and B2C. Having gone from strength to strength over recent months, the team is expanding and seeking an individual to join their customer support team!
Key Responsibilities include:
- Handling customer queries via phone call, live chat or email
- Resolving customer complaints and recording issues
- Using spreadsheets for reports
- Confidently advising customers on suitable products and delivery updates
The ideal candidate will have a strong customer service background and be a naturally driven person. You will have the ability to build a natural rapport and confidently handle customer queries. This is a business that always puts the customer first and you will take the same approach.
Working hours are Monday to Friday, 08:30-17:30.
