Working with operational budgets of up to £1.5million per property, you will have the opportunity to make a real impact, with hands-on support from the Operations team. You will be responsible for managing existing and pipeline portfolios across the UK, as they continue to develop and manage high-quality accommodation.

As a member of the FM team, you'll report directly to the company's Head of Property. Your primary responsibility will be overseeing the Total Facilities Management (TFM) of purpose-built student accommodation across a portfolio in the UK. This entails managing budgets for planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and lifecycle works for designated properties. Additionally, ensuring all properties comply with statutory Health & Safety (H&S) and regulatory requirements, aligning with the latest building regulations for residential properties, is crucial.

Your main duties will include:

Directly managing budgets for PPM, reactive maintenance, and lifecycle works, while providing accurate forecasts. Overseeing all aspects of Health & Safety and compliance.
Supervising on-site contractors and third-party providers.
Managing both hard and soft service contracts.
Assuming responsibility for annual lifecycle asset management.
Project-managing end-of-tenancy turnover and move-in/move-out processes.

you'll need to succeed -

Strong budget management and forecasting skills
Experience in a TFM role, ideally in a residential or student accomodation setting
Membership to IWFM
UK driving licence
IOSH or NEBOSH qualification Key skills
Strong customer focused mindset
Flexibility to travel to sites around UK.
