NOW Careers is exclusively partnering with a market-leading South Wales based manufacturing business in its search for a Group Financial Controller.

This excellent opportunity comes at a critical time for the business and its continued success and growth both in the UK and oversees. The role will be challenging and will require resilience and perseverance from the successful candidate.

You will be a qualified Accountant who comes with a wealth of technical competence as well as being a tenacious and confident leader. You will be an effective decision maker, someone who promotes collaborative team working and upskilling, and someone who identifies controls and procedures as a key in building a robust financial infrastructure.

The business is on a fast growth trajectory and needs an instigator and proactive individual who is well versed in delivering change management and business transformation.

The role will be as autonomous as you make it … the company is all for empowering its employees to drive and deliver on their goals, but a CFO is on hand for advice should you ever need it!

My client is able to offer a generous package including the below -

  • Basic salary of circa £90,000 per annum
  • Bonus of up to 25% dependant on individual and company performance
  • Car allowance
  • Private health for employee and family
  • Holiday entitlement of 24 days per year plus Bank Holidays rising to 25 days after 2 years’ service
  • Pension of 4% employer and 5% employee
  • Long term career and growth opportunities
