We are currently partnering with a prestigious national vehicle dealership, who are recruiting for a HR Manager to join their growing team on a permanent basis.

Our client is proud to be one the UK’s largest vehicle dealerships and has been providing a service to the nation since 1968. They specialise in luxury and high-performance cars across a number of different brands.

This is a full-time position with a salary of £37,000 (+ Car allowance) and the start date is subject to notice.

Duties will include (but are not limited to):

  • Coaching and advising managers on all HR & ER issues ensuring all organisational policies are being followed
  • Giving first line advice to stakeholders on HR related policies and procedures
  • Sitting on the SLT and ensuring all HR related projects and issues are being brought to meetings
  • Supporting on the full recruitment lifecycle across all levels of roles
  • Using HR metrics to identify areas of improvement for the business and bringing these to senior stakeholders

Experience required:

  • Coaching stakeholders on complex ER cases
  • Providing first line HR advice to stakeholders
  • Recruitment of roles which vary in seniority

Working hours:

  • 40 hours per week
  • Monday - Friday, 8am-6pm
