Job Description
Join our team in Barry as an Associate Operator. In this role, you will play a critical part in safely packaging and loading materials produced within the Polymers department. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Packaging drums and IBCs using a highly automated Drum Off machine.
- Loading trailers with containers.
- Liaising with fluids operators to maximise output.
- Ensuring all safety and quality standards are met.
- Off-loading incoming packaging.
- Completing SAP computer transactions.
- Education: 5 GCSEs (Grade C or above), preferably including Maths, English, and Science.
- Physical Fitness: This job is physically demanding.
- Licenses: FLT license or the ability to obtain one.
- Computer Literacy: Basic computer skills are necessary.
- Languages: Proficiency in English.
- Medical Check: Required before starting.
- Shift Type: TT 5 Shift (12-hour day/night shifts)
- Shift Allowance: Yes
- Workwear: Required
