Are you an experienced PR professional in the B2B space, looking for a leadership role where your strategic prowess and managerial finesse can shine?

Our client, a reputable B2B PR agency, is on the lookout for an exceptional individual to join them as an Account Director or a Senior Account Manager ready to step into this pivotal role.

Typically, an AD will have a minimum of five - seven year's experience in public relations and comms. You must have an interest in PR and a notable passion for the B2B industry, especially within retail, F&B and property sectors.

About the Role:

As Account Director, you will be at the helm of driving senior-level strategic counsel and proactive management of B2B PR campaigns for a diverse portfolio of clients. You will serve as a trusted advisor to both clients and our internal team, embodying excellence in management and communication.

Responsibilities:

  • Developing and implementing strategic communication strategies aligned with client objectives
  • Overseeing the effective execution of strategic plans across all client accounts
  • Establishing and nurturing strong client relationships, serving as their primary point of contact and lead counsel
  • Managing agency performance across accounts, ensuring consistent delivery of exceptional service
  • Leading and inspiring a team of PR professionals, fostering a culture of growth and excellence
  • Contributing to agency growth through new business development initiatives and client diversification efforts
  • Cultivating media relationships and identifying high-profile opportunities for clients

Experience:

  • A minimum of five to seven years of experience in public relations and communications
  • A passion for the PR industry, with particular interest and expertise in the retail, F&B, and property sectors
  • Exceptional leadership and management skills, with a proven ability to inspire and mentor teams
  • Strong business acumen and strategic thinking, coupled with a solutions-oriented mindset
  • Proven track record in client relationship management and new business development
