Roles and Responsibilities:

· Conduct one-on-one or small group sessions to address student's specific needs.

· Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to create personalised support plans.

· Implement evidence-based interventions to enhance student's well-being.

· Assist in the development and implementation of behaviour management strategies.

· Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment for all students.

Requirements:

· A degree in Psychology or a related field.

· Passion for supporting the mental health and well-being of students.

· Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

· Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic school environment.

· Knowledge of SEN practices is a plus.
