SEND Tribunal Caseworker

Salary: £300 per day – Negotiable depending on experience

Contract: Initial 3-month contract with a view to being extended

Work Schedule: Full time, Monday – Friday.

Fully Remote Working

Spencer Clarke Group are working with a local authority on the Southcoast to support with the appointment of a SEND Tribunal Caseworker.

As a SEND Tribunal Caseworker, you will be tasked with writing Local authority responses to appeals.

We are looking for a Caseworker who can work autonomously with little supervision, so the need to be experienced and knowledgeable about the Tribunal process is essential.

What qualifications / experience do I need?

  • It’s essential for you to have experience working as a SEND Officer within a local authority setting.
  • The ideal candidate will be someone who has worked on Tribunal cases before and knows how local authorities work with regards to decision making, moderations and the legal thresholds.
